BAKEWORKS GLUTEN FREE YOU BAKE FOCACCIA 360G

Directions for use:

- Preheat your oven to 180'c conventional bake or 165'c fan bake or alternatively fire up your BBQ grill.
- Remove your YOU BAKE Focaccia from the plastic outer and simply place the whole tin into your preheated oven or BBQ grill for approx 20 mins to bake through (times may vary dependant on your oven)
- Cut or tear into desired portions and enjoy with your BBQ, soups, stews or serve alongside any meal.

Ideas:

• Once baked, tear off small pieces to dip in olive oil, dukkha and hummus.
  - Split through the middle with a sharp serrated knife, top with your fav pizza toppings and grill for a great focaccia pizza bread.
  - Cut into two halves and split. Fill with your favourite grilled cheese sandwich fillings and using a sandwich press, cook until toasted and done.
  - Split through the centre and open the halves, drizzle with olive oil and grill oil side down on your BBQ grill, great with freshly steamed mussels and a lemon mayo.

Storage:

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated in an airtight container. Our bread has up to a 3 day shelf-life under these conditions. Suitable for freezing.
