  3. Every effort will be made to fill your order. However, we accept no liability should we decline an order or fail to fill the order due to unforeseeable circumstances.
  4. Simply Organic contracts Aramex, Courier Post and/or other reputable courier companies for deliveries. We shall not be liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis due to causes beyond our control.
  5. Simply Organic's liability is limited to the price of product or services purchased.
  6. Simply Organic accepts no liability for consequential loss.
  7. It is the buyer's responsibility when ordering to ensure the product or services or medicine are ordered to the buyer's requirements and are fit and suitable for the buyer's purpose.
  8. Simply Organic accepts no responsibility for the use of any product or services supplied.
  9. The buyer is responsible for determining and abiding by the destination country's importation regulations. Any legal action that might be brought against the buyer, if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the destination country, is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
  10. In the event the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs, the loss lies completely with the buyer.
  11. Simply Organic is not responsible for returning of products caused by improper delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
  12. If for some reason after placing an order you decide to return the goods, you are responsible for the freight cost to you plus the cost to return the goods, and a refund will only be given once the goods have been returned and we have established that they are in suitable condition to be re-sold. Please note that no refund will be given for medicines once it has been dispatched by Simply Orangic.
