With NZ grown Yuzu, and NZ Marlborough flaky sea salt.

This product gives you the distinctive, delightful flavour profile plus aromatic qualities of Yuzu.

The Yuzu is air dried, then milled down to powder and small flakes before being mixed with the salt.

20g resealable pouch (mainly home use)

With a focus on taste (rather than minimising ingredient cost) - there is a HIGH 25% (by weight) of dried Yuzu in this mix.
