Burgundy Moon has a mottled black rind which has been washed with grape skins and seeds left from wine making. This gives a fruity, earthy flavour to the decadently creamy centre. The paste is characteristic of a classic Over the Moon cheese, full flavoured and golden with a hint of grapes.
