From bean to bar, Carob Kitchen carob range is made from Australian grown organic carob and real cocoa butter.

The naturally sweet, smooth and creamy taste in the Carob Kitchen Coconut Bar is from the sweetness in Australian grown carob beans and naturally sweet coconut flakes. The coconut carob bar is blended to have a mild carob taste using Australian milk solids from 'grass-fed' cows and ethically sourced cocoa butter – a natural cocoa fat.

Ingredients: Milk solids, cocoa butter, organically grown carob powder (25.5%), natural vanilla extract, toasted coconut, emulsifier  (GMO-free sunflower lecithin).

Contains milk. May contain treenuts, peanut, soy and seasame.
