GIROLOMONI GRAN DURO TORCHIETTE PASTA 500G
These little bronze-extruded pasta curls are made from organically produced durum wheat grown in Italy.
The pasta is extruded using bronze dies, rather than teflon like commercial pasta, to create a rough, porous surface that helps sauces to cling to it.
Cook this short pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water for 6 minutes and toss through your favourite pasta sauce.
