Coconut Bacon

Ingredients

1 Cup Organic Coconut Chips 


¼ Teaspoon of Liquid Smoke


1 Tablespoon of Ceres Organic Tamari 


1 Tablespoon of Chantal Organic Rice Syrup


Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

 

Mix all of your ingredients together, making sure the coconut chips are coated well. Spread out on the parchment sheet and bake for 12 – 14 minutes, turning halfway through until they are golden brown.

 

Allow to cool fully before storing.
